Project history: The City acquired approximately 120 acres utilizing Federal and State grant funding for a proposed Off-Highway Vehicle trail system. The city is working through a 7-Step DNR Grant-in-Aid Trail Assistance process to analyze trail feasibility and alignment options. The project is currently in the sixth step. At this time, the council is considering grant obligations and citizen concerns.

On September 7, 2021 a Sound Study was conducted. The preliminary results are found below.
